-- The waves are blurry and look almost like a fine mist that rises from the sea surface. The photo was taken after sunset during the winter. Low light was needed to achieve the blurry effect which is stronger where the waves hit the rocks. The columns of a wharf can be seen in the background and far behind them - the lights of a settlement.
