-- Scrutineering is an examination through which the officials check if the vehicles meet the rally requirements in order to pArcticipate. Teams have a couple of days before the race starts to have the vehicle approved, else they will be disqualified. If the vehicles aren't approved at first check, they can make the necessary changes and repeat the examination.
