Image of Lewis And Clark-H
-- A rustic sepia tone photograph of Lewis and Clark reenactors. As official reenactors in the national 2003-2006 Lewis and Clark bicentennial commemoration, the Discovery Expedition retraced the entire 1803-1806 expedition east of the Rockies. This photograph was taken along Lolo Creek, by the actual historical site called, "Traveler's Rest," west of the Bitterroot Mountains in Montana. Amazingly enough, this photograph was taken on June 30, 2006, which is exactly 200 years to the day after the day they arrived at this campsite.
