-- The Amadores Beach on Gran Canaria, Spain, just outside Puerto Rico on the south side of the island. This beach is an artificial one, made back in the late 90 s when hotels was planned in the valley behind. The sand is the finest available, transported from the deserts in Africa. Captured 09.10.2006. Gran Canaria is part of the Canary Islands which is an archipelago in the North Atlantic Ocean facing the western coast of Africa.
