: Anfi del Mar beach in Patalavaca on Gran Canaria, Spain, captured 08.10.2006. This is an artificial beach prepared together with a huge timeshare hotel also called Anfi del Mar. The white powderish sand is brought all the way from the the Carribean. Gran Canaria is part of the Canary Islands which is an archipelago in the North Atlantic Ocean facing the western coast of Africa.
