The Picture Archive Council of America (PACA),a North American trade association representing the interests of the image licensing industry, has published a freely downloadable PowerPoint presentation on copyright in image licensing.

The presentation is of interest to anyone who uses or produces images. It includes some very interesting copyright infringement case examples.

PLUS (The Picture Licensing Universal System) clearly defines and categorizes image usage around the world, from granting and acquiring licenses to tracking and managing them well into the future. PLUS does not address pricing.
