| I began as a reporter working in a bureau of a county daily newspaper, trained by news photographers to take photos to accompany some of my articles. Later as a freelance writer and author (1,500 published magazine articles and 11 published books), some of my photo work was used to accompany in my magazine articles and two books. I began with a 35mm, SLR and now use two digitals, one a Canon 8mp, and one a Nikon 12mp. I enjoy most taking pictures in nature and wildlife, bucolic settings, bridges and dams. And I believe there is no one way to take the best photos. But I do like natural light. |
