Hello. I'm Andy. I've been taking pictures since I was a kid. I thought shooting FILM was a blast. Digital photography has added such an instantaneous reward. As a graphic designer I found that I could shoot my own imagery. Soon came the client requests, and away we went. It's all very rewarding.
My current equipment:
I am currently using the Canon 40D with 10.1-megapixel resolution and have a Rebel XT as back-up. My lenses are an 18-50mm, 28-135mm, a 10-22mm Wide Angle, a 100mm Macro and a 70-200mm f4 - all Canon Lenses. I have an ever-growing collection of studio equipment (to my wife's dismay): Alien Bees strobes, soft-boxes, reflectors (store bought and homemade), stands, backdrops and a bunch of other odd and ends. I also connect to my 17" Apple MacBook Pro to my camera whenever possible during my studio work. My post production work-flow consists of Apple's Aperture, Adobe's Photoshop and Illustrator. The dictionary and thesaurus are at my side as well.
